I designed this Baofeng UV-5R Radio Mount, this is a combo with all 3 models to use with your molle, belt, or Ram mount.

What is included:

You will get the RX2301 which is what you need to attach to the radio.

You will also get the RB2301 which is what you need to mount to the BladeTech system.

And you will get the RR2301 which is what you need to mount to the Ram Mount.

What is NOT included but you will need:

None of the Ram Mount equipment is included, and none of the BladeTech equipment is included either. The chicago bolts and rubber spacers.

Installation Instruction:

Make sure you place the plastic washer between the RB2301 and the Ram Mount. See my youtube video for further info. https://youtu.be/m30li-SFHLM

Material Information

The material selection was carefully tested and study. I have used PLA material in the past, but I know that the summer heat, at least here in Alabama, will deform the parts. Thus, I selected a PETG material, which is more resistant to heat. The downside of this material is that it is not good with small details, which for this purpose, it does not matter. I prefer to have a product that functions correctly rather than just looking good.

Print Instructions

I used the standard settings for PTEG material, as recommended by Prusa, that is:

Recommended nozzle temperature: 230 °C for the first layer, 240 °C for the other layers

Recommended bed temperature: 85 °C for the first layer, 90 °C for the other layers

If you want this to be a bit more rigid, you can use 5 outer layers.
