Dustshoe RatRig Stronghold One

This is a dust shoe for the RatRig Stronghold One CNC with detachable brush and 80mm dust hose connector.

For the mounting of the fixed part, it mainly relies on the available M6 holes in the front of the spindle bracket. I did modify the spindle bracket to also have 2*M4 holes at the back (near the Z axis) to provide additional rigidity.

To hold the parts in place I used 5x5 cylindrical magnets with N35 strength. The hose connector has 4, the fixed part 9 (I only use 8) and per size of brush another 8.

The brush part comes in two groove sizes 4,5mm (the original one) and 6mm to accommodate thicker brushes

I 've added the fusion360 file so it can be remixed for other dust hose sizes.
