Defintive Display Holder for Ender 3 and CR10

As the firmware of the Creality's screen mounted on Ender 3 V2 isn't open source, if you want to enable some options as Babystepping or Mesh Bed Levelling in Marlin, avoiding using precompiled firmware, you need to replace your screen. I used a CR10 third parts screen. I designed a case keeping the system used on stock screen holder. This can be used for any other printer that mount alluminum profile and CR10 screen. 

I used this knob, as I can rotate it fastly, but you can use any knob you want.
