Print with supports. At least PETG is recommended to resist to hot water temperatures.

Update: Published v2 with the following features:

  • Simpler to print and simpler to remove supports
  • Bigger holes for better water flow, while still retaining most hair
  • Thinner design so that dirt doesn't accumulate as much

Tip: I print a single layer of PLA for the interface layer of the support. PLA and PETG don't stick together, which makes support removal much easier (and the design is a bit weak, so this helps a lot). Remember to purge a lot of filament when switching back to PETG or your print will have severe adhesion issues.
