Circular Saw Dust Port

This dust port is for 185mm Makita circular saws without an existing port.  Suits 25mm (1") shop vac hose.

To attach it I:

1. Opened up the screw holes with the clearance size for screws (I used 3.2mm for M3 screws). 
2. Located it in the position I wanted on the guard. 
3. Used a narrow permanent marker to mark the dust opening and screw locations on the guard. The port needs to be far forward enough to not be obscured by the swing down guard when it's retracted.  Mine worked well with the nozzle pointing directly upwards.
4. Used an angle grinder to make the dust port opening in the guard. 
5. Drilled and tapped the 4 screw locations. Mine were M3x8mm button head screws. They need to be long enough to go through the guard material but not so long that they can interfere with the blade or retractable guard.

PLA worked fine for me, although something tougher may be better if used regularly. 

Prints without supports with the nozzle pointing upwards.
