2D Plate Patent Art Wall Frame

Frame for 2D Plate patent art, hangable in two orientations with nail/hanger, or adhesive strips. Uses French-cleat style mount.

Inspired by Ken Mills' patent art 2D plates (https://www.printables.com/@nightfallvt ), I made this frame. It is made to fit his and other makers' wall plates (the odd dimensions of 192.71mm x 128.19 mm).

Printed in Inland Matte Wood Brown PLA. Your temperature may vary with regular PLA vs matte.

Printing Instructions:

• Recommended: Infill: 25%, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height
• When the print is finished, allow for the bed to fully cool! Otherwise your frame will warp.

Assembly Instructions:

• Slide ~1.16mm art plate into the frame, and secure with superglue or other glue of choice. 
  • Be very conservative with the glue otherwise it will bleed onto the art!
