4040 Profile Slot Cover

Slot cover for 4040 aluminium extrusion, used for cable management or to prevent dust/debris entry.

This version has been resized to suit 40mm aluminium extrusion with 10.2mm wide slots. It is snug fit and best inserted from the end of the profile. If you intend to push in from side of profile instead you will need to scale width of this nozzle down by 2-3%.

Cover is 200mm long - adjust length to suit in slicer or print longer and cut to length. Suggest using PETG for strength and flexibility, but other filaments likely to be just as suitable.

Dimensions modified to suit slot widths in 4040 extrusion with slot with of ~10.2mm.
