tl;dr Print in place, no supports, no intentionally fused parts.
I liked Andrei's bag clip design a lot, but didn't like the way it printed so I redesigned it. This is not a direct remix as I haven't used his models. Instead I made everything from scratch, but made it look similar and work the same way.
What I didn't like about his design is that there's no way to print it without fusing the parts. It's not just a matter of tolerances, it's the only way it will work. If you increase the clearance, you will be printing in the air and get spaghetti.
My design has no such issues and requires no supports (only straight bridges).
I have included models with 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm and 0.3mm tolerance. I have tested the 0.10mm version at 100% scale and the 0.15mm version at 66% scale and they worked well on my MK3S (using 0.20mm and 0.15mm layer heights, respectively).
The distance between the jaws is 1.5mm.
I included the Fusion 360 file if you need a different tolerance or want to modify any of the other parameters.
