Makelangelo pen holder update 2023-10-26

This is an upgrade print.  It updates two parts of the Makelangelo plotter robot pen holder.

The screw that holds the pen is moved to the top for easier access.  An optional cap for the screw is also provided.

Replace the equivalent parts in the original design.  They only fit one way.
