This is a flip stop for my DIY fence system I use on my diy MFT workbench.
Since I am using a 20mm dog hole pattern on the workbench the flip stops are only 40mm wide so they can be moved past the longer bench dogs that hold the fence in place.
I made it beefy so it doesn't flex when stock is pushed against it. Also the tolerances for the hinge are relatively tight (0.3mm). On my printer this makes a snug fit so the stop itself has no play. Your mileage may vary in that regard.
The M5 screw holes are not designed with printing tolerances which is why they will be undersized. This was done on purpose because I am using a reamer to widen them to 5mm after printing.
