Designed a chassis for my custom nas project. The whole chassis is 3d printed. only some parts require supports.

Chassis built arount 180mm cooler in bottom part.
It contains mini-ITX motherboard, four 3.5 HDD drive and two 2.5 ssd drives + m2 drive for ssd caching.

At the moment my nas running DSM7.2 (xpenology).

Temps looks fine all drives except middle top one have 39-40 degrees after few hrs of writing and checking raid. Middle top one is hotter, as expected, it have 45-46 deg temp which is still far from critical.

The whole assembly is quite enough and not ugly enough to put it in livingroom.

Still have some room for improvement

SWR files could be found in grabcad (in case if someone wants to modify it) https://grabcad.com/library/nas-chassis-1
