Baratza Forte / Vario Single Dose Hopper with Bellows

Single dosing hopper for the Baratza Vario or Forte that tries to reduce popcorning and has an integrated bellows that can also be used as a dosing and RDT cup.

The bellows part needs to be printed in a flexible material like TPU. PLA is fine for all the other parts.

There are two versions of the actual hopper. One with an anti-popcorn insert and one without. The version with the anti-popcorn insert is harder to print (requires support) and a little more fussy because beans can sometimes get clogged and requires some stirring. The no insert version also reduces popcorning but not to the same extent. It is much easier to print (no supports required) and doesn't clog. Both versions of the hopper are best printed upside down.

The dosing cup part has a small lip that seats the bellows to make it easier to use the bellows itself as a dosing cup for weighing beans and RDT.
