Update 11/30/2023: Made the USB Holder stiffer by being able to adjust the cuts for the spiral down to 0.5mm width instead of the original 1.0mm width for those.  You can also adjust that width.  I could make the different widths variable, but for its purpose seems like they  are ok. USBHolderDoveTail_Rev6.scad & USBHolderDoveTail_Lip_40mmHt_Rev6.stl are the updated files.

Update 11/08/2023: Added an organizer for SD cards & one for SD and Micro SD cards.  You can turn these upside down & they should not fall out.  I used the USB style as a template to start with.  The files are:

SD_CardHolderDoveTail_Rev11.scad & SD_CardHolderDoveTail_Rev11.stl

SD_MicroSD_CardHolderDoveTail_Rev10.scad & SD_MicroSD_CardHolderDoveTail_Rev10.stl

Update 11/01/2023: Someone in another forum mentioned getting more strength from the vase mode print by adding a lip at the top, so I added an optional Top_Lip = 0; //1 = create Top Lip. I also did a little more trig calculations on the Hexagon, Octagon, Dodecagon & Triangular Prism to add a radius round on their vertices.  If you still want a sharp angle there, use something like Rnd_Rad = 0.001;  The external dovetails now have a tapered end to them at the top, so it gives it better transition look especially with the top lip taper.  I have deleted the older OpenSCAD source files.  I also included a couple of images showing dimensions with calculated variables for the radius rounds on the Hexagon shape.  They are similar calcs for the other shapes.

I originally did this remix to allow for variable tolerances in the dovetail joints.  0.2mm tolerance is what worked the best for me.  I then decided to play with adding more individual slots in each part & still retain vase mode printing.  I kept the 20mm dimension between the dovetail joints, but this can also be changed.  I also changed the outside dimensions from, 24, 48 & 96mm dimensions to 27, 54 & 108.  This gave me a little more space to make the internal slots.  In addition to the shapes used in the design I remixed, I added a hexagon, octagon, dodecagon & a couple of transition shapes.  I printed all of mine in vase mode with a layer height of 0.28 with a 0.4mm nozzle & 3 bottom layers.  I used the Octagram Spiral for the top layer of the shorter hexagon & other shapes.

I have test prints for 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25 & 0.30mm dovetail joint tolerances.  I made it so you only need to print one of each & just use a pair of flush wire cutters to cut them apart. Be sure to print these in vase mode & whatever layer height you like. Those files are:

TestDoveTail_0_1mmTol.stl

TestDoveTail_0_15mmTol.stl

TestDoveTail_0_2mmTol.stl

TestDoveTail_0_25mmTol.stl

TestDoveTail_0_3mmTol.stl

All the other STL files uploaded are drawn with a 0.2mm tolerance between the dovetails.  I have also included the OpenSCAD source files if you want to use different parameters or customize to your liking.  I initially had the connection gap between the internal walls to close & PrusaSlicer didn't like it, but widening the gap fixed the problem.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This was mostly remixed to allow for variable tolerances in the Dovetail Joints.  This also adds more shapes and combinations than original design.  It also adds more individual slots in each part & still retain the vase mode method.
