A 5x5 traffic cone that takes the place of a part when its being cmmed.

Description
PDFI ran into an issue when a part is being cmmed it breaks the production run during a process. I made these markers to allow the cmm operator to leave it in a spot at a machine so the machining operator would know not to put another part in its spot.
