I was doing an injector o-ring job for a customer when one of the clips infront of the injector o-ring broke. I thought no big deal I'll have parts get new clips. To my surprise kia doesn't sell them anymore. The customer who was already out of money was going to have to buy a new 100$ injector because of a five cent clip. I felt bad so I taught myself how to use fusion 360 and made this clip to replace the broken ones. I hope this helps someone else like it did me and my customer. We can't let car companies keep robbing us over cheap parts they refuse to make only 15 years after releasing a car.

I used a standard ender 3.

I printed at .2mm layer height on a .4mm nozzle. Lower than that seemed to fall apart when pressing it on to the injector. I used PETG.

I had to ream the clip just a little with a 8mm drill bit. I think this is due to my printers inaccuracy.

NOTE: Some of the pictures are not my final revision but they all kinda look the same.
