2020 Extrusion With Sketch

This is just a Fusion360 model that has a sketch that you can use to extrude any length you want.  Model also includes solids that all fit comfortably on a Bambu printer (256mm^3).  The sketch is also in the model which opens the door to do revolves if you wanted.

The reason that I made this was because I built an extrusion frame around my printer so that I could place the AMS unit on top of it.  That way it's not touching the printer or mounted on the wall.  When I ordered extrusion from Amazon it only came with 10 pieces.  The way I built it left the front without any support going across the left to right side.  Instead of buying 2 new pieces of extrusion I decided to try and print them instead.  

WARNING!  I'm not using this to support weight.  It's only connecting the left and right side of the structure together for a little more rigidity.  Please don't use this to support weight or valuables.  Use real aluminum extrusion for those cases.

I used the profile that was in one of the products on Amazon, so it will take any extrusion hardware if you wanted to mount anything on it.  Just be careful of the weight you apply to it.  I'm using PLA, which is fragile and brittle, but so far it does the job I wanted it to do.  There is also a sleeve to connect one extrusion to the next so that it becomes longer.  These pieces do fit very snug together.  I used rubbing alcohol as a lubricant to get the sleeve in place and a new piece of extrusion in.
