I just finished my v2.4 build, and my set had the HF variant of the Phaetus Dragon included. The obvious goto was to print and use the standard P-DRG mount since it's identical to the HF variant.
Immediately during the first few prints, I clogged the nozzle. Simply because it was impossible to print PLA at under 220°C, which previously was possible (we are talking about the same filament, but a different printer/hotend). But even at 220C, it would occasionally clog the nozzle.
If you want to print PLA - I would say, yes, it's unusable.
PETG and ABS work perfectly fine - or at least I have not encountered any problems printing these filaments.
!!! Remember to rerun your Hotend PID Tune !!!
The author remixed this model.
A lip was added to redirect the airflow away from the extended melting zone and therefor make the Printhead Mount more usable for the High Flow variant of the Phaetus Dragon.
