Bottle Handle Parametric

this parametric bottle handle can be used to add a practical carrying handle to any bottle.

Since customization is key, I'm providing you with not only the STL file for the bottle but also a fully parametric Fusion360 file. This means you have the flexibility to tweak the settings according to your own bottle.

I've also added a touch of personalization by incorporating the text "HYDRO HOMIES" in the font of the bottle logo onto the handle. Feel free to replace it with your own text or remove it altogether.

The "HandleFontDepth" parameter controls the font's depth, currently set to -0.001. This setting allows compatibility with tools like Bambu Labs AMS system, enabling letter painting with the fill tool in a distinct color within the first layer.

When customizing, keep an eye on two key parameters: "RingInnerDiameter," representing the bottle's diameter, and "RingSpacing," indicating the space between both rings.

To assemble the handle, you'll require two 30mm M5 screws and bolts. Please note that the screw size can be adjusted by modifying the "ScrewHoleSize" parameter. 

The distance at the ring opening ("RingOpening") and the thickness of the grip at the point of contact with the rings ("HandleIncrementThickness") are controlled by their respective parameters. Depending on the precision of the “RingInnerDiameter” measurement, you can adjust these two parameters to ensure a perfect fit for the ring opening and the grip's contact points with the rings. The appropriate screw length depends on the values of these two parameters.
