Ebike controller mount

This design is a bracket for mounting an ebike controller box to the seat tube. My particular seat tube is 32mm in diameter. The controller was part of a Leeds ebike conversion kit. There are no pre-drilled holes for mounting the actual box, these can be drilled afterwards to suit your individual needs. Small zip ties thread through the mount and around the seat tube; I had to daisy-chain two each to wrap around the seat tube.

You'll want to print with supports. Infill shouldn't matter much (only on the section near the seat tube) but I went with 60% gyroid. I used ABS but PETG should work equally fine.
