Babboe Cargo Bike Tent Pole Extension

This is a 7cm extension suitable for use with the original tent poles of various Babboe Cargo bikes (City, Big, Dog, Curve, etc.).

These extensions enable the use of tailor-made covers that provide additional space and headroom.

I've designed the upper section to be quite robust, but because it will often be exposed to outdoor conditions, it's advisable to 3D print it using a material that won't warp in direct sunlight or high temperatures.

Additionally, you can easily modify the model's dimensions using software like Tinkercad or a similar program to make it shorter or taller.

In the accompanying photo, you can see a 3D printed version next to the aluminum/copper variant offered by a company specializing in custom, taller covers for these bikes.

It's worth noting that you may need to scale up / down the model by a tiny bit to ensure a perfect fit (you want to make sure it fits perfectly into the pole holder on the bike).
