Articulated mount Sonoff SNZB-03 Zigbee motion sensor

The 3D printed mount is designed to perfectly fit the Sonoff SNZB-03 Zigbee motion sensor, ensuring a snug and secure fit. Whether you prefer a more permanent installation with screws or a flexible and removable option with magnets, this 3D printed design provides an easy and adaptable solution for enhancing the functionality of your sensor.

This design is compatible with my other one for the Ikea Tradfri motion sensor.

Fusion 360 and STEP files are included to allow remix culture :-).

Print instructions

Print “Holder” & “Ball joint for magnet and screw mount”, plus “Screw mount plate” if you want the screw mount option.

• Standard .2mm quality layers
• PLA filament, PETG for outdoor
• No brim
• Support required for the inner hole of “Ball joint for magnet and screw mount” & “Screw mount plate”

Installation

The magnetic version requires a 10x3mm magnet as the ideal fit.

To attach the plate and ball joint in the screw mount version, use an M2x10mm screw. Any M3 screw like can be used to fix the mount.

Important

Be cautious when assembling the ball joint, and avoid applying excessive force to prevent potential breakage.
