As I'm not using the MK4's filament spool holder but have my spools hanging from a leveraged position or sitting next to the printer, I designed this holder arms to guide the filament inside a PTFE (Teflon) tube to the Nextruder.

These holders are easily printable, can be mirrored to match either side, and are mounted directly to the Z-frame.
You need to replace the inner M3 screw of the Z top end with a 2cm long one.
Make sure that you screw the 3cm long M3 screw through the Z top end and the frame until it is flush with the back of the Z frame before you place the PTFE tube holder into the honeycomb pocket. Then screw the M3 screw all in, thus locking the PTFE tube holder in place.

You'll need a pneumatic coupler, an M3, and an M5 inlay for the holders. In the case of the M5 inlay, it is the small profile version.
