I wanted to prevent the heat in the Enclosure from escaping thru the big slits for the additional mountable fan, as there are really big. I accidently cutted them when I was assembling the Enclosure. So I draw this fan covers and installed it, using the spare bolts and nuts coming with the the Enclosures spare parts.
You need: 4x nuts M3
4x screws M3x8
I printed it on a MK4, using Input Shaper Structual Profile in 0.2 layer hight with Prusament Galaxy Black PETG (You can take sure everything what suits Your needs!) The prints tooks 1h45m to complete, so it is a quick thing.
I also used BuildX corner caps, slit covers and Rivets to close all the gaps, holes and openings in the enclosure. With everything installed the temps are a little bit higher (3° to 4°C).
I added 2 Modells for the Enclosure Inside, V1 is for the cutted slits in the backpanel and V2 is for the original uncutted slits. The Outside Vent Cover fits both.
I hope this is useful for You and I would like to see Your makes and hope that You like it as well! Happy Printing! ;)
