UPDATE 05/04/21: Files added for Prusa Mini build plates.

The Expandable Steel Sheet Holder by @Whity is a great design and I was looking for a way to incorporate it into my setup.
I went about designing an Adapter for the IKEA LACK tabletop. Since the original design is easily expandable, I've made an adapter for a 2, 3, or 4 stack of the Steel Sheet Holder.
Since the Adapter obviously has to be bigger than a build plate, I've split the design in two and use a dovetail to hold them together. After a lot of test prints, I found a fit that works well for my printer. It takes a bit of tapping with a screw driver handle to lock the dovetails together for a great friction fit. I've included a test print to try before committing to printing the entire adapter. If it's loose, just add a drop of glue.
To fit this Adapter into the front of the LACK tabletop, you will need to cut a rectangular hole in the MDF that makes up the front of the table. I used an oscillating saw. The MDF that makes up the front of the tabletop is about a ½" thick. If you are fitting the 4 stack adapter, the MDF needs to be completely removed on top and bottom leaving just the thin top and bottom sheets of the table top. For the 2 and 3 stack adapter, the MDF leaves a thin internal boarder and keeps the table top a big more rigid.
You will need 20mm bolts for the 2 stack, 30mm bolts for the 3 stack, and 40mm bolts for the 4 stack. I've included a "Button Head Spacer" that will help center the screw head in the Adapter and the bolt simply passes through the nut embedded in the stack and then registers on the other side of the adapter to keep it in place.
The Adapter and Stacks are assembled and then installed into the tabletop as one piece. There are tabs on the front Adapter that apply pressure and keep the assembly in place.
No additional supports are needed for this print. I've incorporated break away supports for the front dovetails and side tabs. For the front dovetails, just snap off the little foot.
The back support adapter has holes cut out to save on material. The front is solid so that it appears to be one solid piece from the front. The front dovetail is tapered towards the front for a cleaner finish.
