3-Bay Covered Hopper

HO scale model of a 3-bay covered hopper.

Print List:

• 2x End Face
• 2x End bracket
• 28x pins
• 2x Mid bracket
• 2x Side
• 1x Floor

Hardware:

• 6x M2x4 machine screws
• 2x M2x6 machine screws
• 2x Trucks
• 4x Wheels
• 2x Couplers

Assembly

1. Glue End face to end bracket using 2x pins. Repeat for both ends
2. Insert step 1 into the roof using 4x pins
3. Glue the 2 mid bracket into the step 2 assembly using 4x pins
4. Glue both sides into the assembly using 8x pins
5. Screw the floor into the assembly using 4 M2x4 screws
6. Glue End 1 into one end of the assembly
7. Glue End 2 into the other end
8. Glue the walkway to the top of the roof
9. Screw in the coupler assembly with the coupler cover and couplers
