Extruder Thumb Wheel with Finger Cup

This is an extruder knob with an Ender 3 series printer, with a finger cup, so you can quickly run filament into or out of the printer's hot end. 

Print with PLA or PLA+. I used 0.2mm resolution with a 0.4mm nozzle, 3 walls, 4 top and bottom layers and 20% cubic infill. On my Ender 3 Pro, with a BL Touch and a Sonic Pad, it's about a 23 minute print.  

I started with ReplayMD's Extruder knob (specifically v2) and added a fingertip cup similar to the one on GregGFlynn's Z-Axis knob.
