The included profile with the Entina 3D Tina2s works fine, for basic models.
But it has some stringing and is made to conserve filament. which means it isn't really the best quality.
I've gone through all the setting and changed most of them. Printed many tests and model, and have got a reliable and good quality profile. Also at a decent speed, the little nema 14 stepper motors get pretty warm with more intricate geometries. So I think it's about as fast as it should go.
If you want to print faster, just increase the layer height, and it shoult be just as good. I've also opted for 3 walls to get the better quality, this could be safely reduced to 2 if you don't mind seeing some infill lines.
Hope it serves you well. Please let me know how it goes.
