An organization system for drawers, or wherever you need it. I wanted to reduce the amount of material required as I got a lot of drawers in need of organization.
The panels are made of any sheet material (e.g. Plywood, acrylic glass, …) and connected with the corners and connectors. The height of the sides is variable. The connector of the top and bottom part has to be selected according to your material's height. Just insert the tongue of the connector into the groove of the bottom and top parts. Afterwards you can screw it tight.
The parts for 9mm sheet material have a screwhole for a 3 x 12 mm clipboard screw.
As the 4mm playwood parts are too small for my smallest clipboard screws, I used M3 screws there.
The FreeCAD file can be adjusted and reconfigured via Spreadsheet. Therefore I can provide (or cou can create) model files for various material thicknesses, heights, screw diameters and types. If you need a diffierent width, feel free to ask for it.
Just hide/unhide the necessary bodies and export them afterwards. If the tongue and groove do not fit well (too tight or too loose) you can also adjust it in the spreadsheet.
Of course you can print the parts in different colors.
I printed my parts with the following settings:
0.4mm Nozzle
0,2mm layer Height (structural with IS)
Printed with Prusament PLA Galaxy Black
No supports required
Note: The connectors have some bed adhesion issues on my printer. The part sometimes gets loose from the bed on one end. I think that the tongue is “shrinking” a bit and therefore draws off the part on one end. In my case I reduced the number of items on the bed, which fixed it.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
