This is a Baratza/Mahlkonig Vario/Forte mod on the single dose hopper.

I have attempted to fix the issue where the tolerance of the mating area of the hopper and upper burr carrier would result in chaff blowing back into the grinder.

The model comes with modeled in supports where appropriate. Be sure to enable “thin walls” if they don't show up in your gcode preview.

The hopper has two bellows files and should be (untested) compatible with Aliexpress Bellows of a 7mm OD/6mm ID dimension, such as: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005201904870.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.22bd38daMY7a8Q&mp=1

Printing suggestions:

-Tolerances or the parts are set to 0.2mm so you may have to either adjust the model or your printer depending on how tuned it is.

-Consider printing the hopper with a soft TPU. with 2 perimeters, it's still going to be relatively rigid

-If you get the following message on import to the slicer:
This file contains several objects positioned at multiple heights.
Instead of considering them as multiple objects, should
the file be loaded as a single object having multiple parts?
You want to select Yes.

-To print the “filament change” bellows, you will want to add an M600 command at 4.4mm and then again at 60.4mm to have a rigid bottom and top. They are designed to print 2 perimeters of 0.44mm width, so it is highly suggested to use a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height. Be sure to adjust the temperatures of your materials after the filament swap. It is not necessary to go back to PETG for the top most section, you can continue the rest of the print in TPU after establishing the anchor in PETG.

-For the “multiple process” bellows, you will want to either make the TPU section print in vase mode, or set to 2 perimeters with 0% infill and no top/bottom layers.
