Dell P2210 Stand VESA 100 Adapter

The "4 small holes must be drilled with a 2 mm drill" because Dell has no default layout, and the screws change position from one model to another.

But what is the "Dell VESA Holder_slicer v3" model for?

At my work we have a few dell necks and other screens with vesa mounts and this is a great solution and cheaper than getting monitor arms.
