Soft Chair Armrest (TPU pillow)

This chair was starting to hurt my elbows/tendons after extended use, so I thought I'd try making a squishy chair armrest out of TPU… It actually worked a lot better than expected! 

I tried one at first with just 5% gyroid infill which was good, this version now steps up to 10%

There are straps coming off the sides to fasten this to your chair, I used velcro cable ties.

This was printed with Overture TPU (95a) on my MK4. This filament has been so impressive, I kept hearing about how much of a pain TPU is but this stuff comes out perfectly every time I've used it.
