Economic Roller Spool Holder

I liked the design of the "Roller Spool Holder" but needed to print a few of them and was short on filament, so I decided to remake one compatible with the end-caps and PVC tube used, but only about 60% of filament required (made everything thinner and literally cut some corners).
The holes in case it was to be screwed down are 4mm in diameter so you can use m3,m4 or 1/8 although I dont think I will be mounting them anywhere.
