Anchored Strainer for Pond or Water Garden

The original purpose was for a device that you stuff full of barley straw and allows it to decompose without floating around everywhere. Screws into pond substrate to stop it from floating away. Easy to use, pack the straw in there and screw into pond substrate. The device works, can't speak for the algae control though....
