Creality Falcon 2 Focus Tool

Description

A replica of the focus tool that comes with Creality Falcon 2 laser machines. Use it to replace misplaced tools or to have some spares just in case. The dimensions are:

• 7mm for engraving and cutting of 1-3mm thick basswood
• 5mm for cutting 3-6mm thick basswood
• 3mm for cutting basswood over 6mm thick

As this design is based on an existing item, it is placed in the public domain. 

Package contents

The quality and fit of the final product may vary depending on the printer, settings and filament you use:

• The 3MF file is the actual model, created to the dimensions of the original focus tool
• The ZIP file contains a XCS file to create the engraving shown in the pictures, for those who have a XTool F1 laser engraver

Manufacturing

Start with importing the 3MF file into your favourite slicing software. The print settings are not critical but here are the settings I used:

• Layer height: 0.20mm
• No supports
• Wall loops: 2
• Infill: 15%, grid

There's no assembly required.
