Remake of JAYTEE's Garbage dispenser for larger bag rolls.

Description
PDFI like the design of JAYTEE's garbage bag dispenser but I had to scale up to fit the bag rolls common at my local grocery. This proved challenging so I ended up remaking it in FreeCAD. I replicated the shape by eye and make all the measurements based on my own needs. While I was at it I added recesses for the screw heads like the inside door version.
Designed for rolls 4 inch diameter and 6 11/16 inch wide. Screws used are #8 pan head
