After seeing a bear on one of my recent rides, I decided to carry some bear spray but didn't like how it flopped around on my belt while I was shredding. I saw this model but thought I might be able to improve on the weight/filament use. I use a hydration pack so I don't use my bottle cages and this model fits 225g/7.9oz bear spray canisters with an OD of 53mm like the pictured UDAP and perhaps Counter Assault. It weighs 26g and fits the standard 65mm bike bottle bolt spacing with recesses and space for larger bolt heads.
I purposely designed the overhangs to stay within my Ender3Pro's abilities so you should be able to print this upright with the “foot” flat on the bed without supports as modeled. Recommend a 6-8 wall brim to maintain bed adhesion. Prints OK in PLA but better in PETG with its slight flex.
Update: Added a version with lower holes after discovering that the original doesn't fit my Specialized Stumpjumper and needs to sit higher in the triangle.
