I've bought a TP-Link Tapo C100 Camera to substitute one of my Reolink E1 cameras that broke (it's the third E1 that stops working in less than three years... stay away from this model!).
Even though it can be tilted downwards, if you place the C100 in a high position, you will not be able to see much of the room, especially if it is a small one.
With this tilted base you will be able to make the camera frame more of what you want to keep your eyes on.
The model you can download from here is tilted at an angle of 10 degrees, which is the maximum possible extra-tilting. More than that and the camera will fall because its center of gravity will get outside the perimeter of the base.
I've made two versions: one with integrated pegs that go into the two holes on the base of the camera, and one version with screwholes, where screws can be inserted to create the pegs. I hope this explanation is clear enough.
The model with pegs prints fine without supports but the one with the holes is probably sturdier. You can choose the one you prefer.
