If you'd like the stand to be heavier (harder to slide across the desktop as you navigate the display) print it at a higher infill percentage such as 100%.

If you don't care about the weight, just print it with your normal infill percentage (I did 15% for mine)

The rubber feet I used to insert into the bottom of the base were "Adhesive rubber dots" if you want to search for them. A sheet of them are pretty cheap, but also very effective.

The feet are 3.4mm tall, so I made the feet holes 3.2mm deep providing minimal gap clearance between the bottom of the stand and the desktop. This helps the rubber feet grip better to surfaces as well as eliminating any wobbling when using the device while in the stand.
