I printed this in ABS (because that is what I had for blue filament)

I used the .08mm Extra Fine settings in Bambu Studio to print this on the Bambu Lab X1C.  I enabled supports (Type normal(auto) with Style of Snug) for the middle part.  It might print okay without supports as it is just the magnet holes that they are used for, but they're easy to remove on the X1C.  So I figured it was worth doing.

The front is a snug fit.  I put the pegs on the front piece through the badge holes carefully and then pressed the middle part on after it was fully seated through the badge.

On the magnets, make sure to press them all the way down into the back of the middle part so that they are recessed.  The magnets on the back cover will stick up from the cover and will seat inside the middle part a little to keep the back from sliding.  Also, make sure your magnets are inserted in the same direction so they attract each other.

I modified this in TinkerCad.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This is a remix of https://www.printables.com/model/237410.  I am not a fan of screws, so I remixed this to have a front that secures the badge to the middle section using friction.  The back attaches using 6X2mm magnets.  I also moved the lanyard port (not sure what to call it) so that the lanyard connects to both the case and the badge.  I also added a thin strip on the right side of the badge between the screen and the buttons like what goes across the bottom.
