PDFAn OnShape Parametric Model for cleaning your linear rails without taking them apart.
I was inspired by MakerMike's model, but this is from scratch. I assume your print bed is smaller than the size you would need to print the bath diagonally on the same printer, so it's split. It is split in half symmetrically, so print 2 and glue them together. I also added ribbing for your pleasure, additional sturdiness and to allow circulation of alcohol under the rail.
To improve “water tightness”:
- 0.4mm nozzle
- outer wall width: 0.375mm
- inner wall width: 0.45
