Inspired by the Hyakki Castle video game & Japanese folk horror, a new premium spooky castle has come to our Printables Club!
This twisted and evil fortress hides “yōkai”, or Japanese folk monsters and evil spirits, that the heroes must vanquish. Decorate your house with this miniature that will get your guests talking!
What's even better, it includes a sculpt by @3d_sekicaivana featuring a skeleton specter called "Gashadokuro", emerging from a fiery pit behind the castle.
Everything prints entirely without supports, with two “floating” towers printed separately and assembled after.
As with our other spooky castles, this one was challenging yet fun to design, and we hope you enjoy getting lost in its minute details.

This model was created by MiniWorld3D founder Dany Sánchez, skeleton sculpt by Ivana B. (3d_sekicaivana).
Print & photo credits: printed by Dany Sánchez in a Prusa MK4 & Prusament Galaxy PLA, 0.2mm, 200% scale, 12% lightning infill. Hand painted with acrylics, dry brushing. Moon lamp not included.

No supports, proven! We designed every angle carefully to avoid supports, it would be very difficult to remove them if you leave them on.
Print slow, such as 20mm/s outer perimeters.
Infill as low as 12%, lightning pattern and halving steps possible.
Print the floating towers separately, flat base on the print bed. Assemble by inserting the pegs in the main castle into the holes in the floating towers. They only fit in one way, easily. Glue is necessary for a permanent fix.
