Print instructions

3MF File set up for Default .2 layer height Prusament PETG PrusaSlicer profile. Can be done in PETG or PLA. Tolerances are tight so be sure your machine is properly calibrated.

Includes stands, optional spacers/mount versions for Prusament, ProtoPasta, Atomic/Generic 1kg spools with up to 72mm traverse. Other spools with a 2inch arbor and less than 72mm wide may be used with the proper spacer. Look at the Atomic/Generic Ring file for an example or contact [email protected] if you'd like to request additional spool adapters.

Each rewinder set requires one of each of the following printed parts:

• 1x- Core
• 1x- Tension Nut
• 1x- Tension Cap
• 1x- ClutchPlate
• 1x- Spool Cap
• 1x- Left Axle Ratchet
• 1x- Right Axle Ratchet
• 1x- Left Axle Ratchet
• 2x- Stand Sides
• 2x- Stand Slotted Crossmembers
• 1x- Spool Ring (Different Options Depending on Spool Being Mounted)
• 1x- Base Cap (Different Options Depending on Spool Being Mounted)
• 1x- OPTIONALLY Spool Spacers depending on spool width

SPACER / MOUNT CONFIGURATIONS:

• Prusament- None Required, use Prusament Ring Only
• 1KG Generic: Atomic, IC3D, etc- Prusament/Generic End Cap and Rings with 15mm Spacer
• ProtoPasta 1Kg Cardboard Spools- Proto Pasta End Cap and Ring Only (No-Spacer Required)
• ProtoPasta 500g Cardboard Spools- Proto Pasta End Caps and Ring with 15mm Spacer
• Repkord 500g Spools- Prusament/Generic End Cap and Ring with 38mm Spacer

Added optional drilling template for spools that lack holes in the correct position. Allows for use with the Prusament rings.

• Spiral Torsion Spring Cartridge (found inside 10ft / 3m tape measure)
• 0.72inch (~18.2mm) Outside Diameter, 0.75 in (19.05mm) Free Length Compression Spring
• 3inch long, 3/16 diameter cotter pin
• 2PCS 5/16" (8mm) OD x #10 (3/16" / 4.8mm) ID x 5/16" (8mm) Long Nylon Spacer
• M3 Square Nut
• M3 x 3mm Set Screw
• Optional 6PCS M3x16mm Socket/Button Head Screws
