KP3S SKR Pico Adapter

This adapter allows for mounting a BTT SKR Pico in the Kingroon KP3S. Use 2mm heat-set threaded inserts for the SKR Pico mounting screws, and the original screws/standoffs to mount to the case. If you do not have heat-set inserts, regular 2mm nuts/bolts should be OK, but be harder to work with.

• Seats the SKR Pico at roughly the same height as the original
• Supports the SKR Pico to reduce stress on the board/connectors during installation
• Fins and grid section improve airflow to back-side of board
• Grid section allows running and zip-tieing cables behind the board for tidier cable management
• Oversized for easier printing and sturdiness

I printed this using a built-in “Extra Draft” profile, since it is not a visible part. The result was far stronger than necessary, which means you can probably use whatever settings work best for your printer.
