A friend of mine has a Mitsubishi Lancer and he had these covers stolen/broken. And of course, ordering online would have been way too expensive. Fortunately he had one left that was partially broken, but I managed to take measurements and reconstruct it in Blender.

With some sanding with 600-grit or 1000-grit wet sandpaper, and some spray-paint, they turn out awesome.

Print suggestions:

  1. Suggested Material: ABS, ASA or PETG, since it's gonna be directly exposed to the elements.

  2. Nozzle: 0.4mm (can't go with bigger cause details for the latches are needed)

  3. Parameters/infill: at least 3 params, with at least 15%. You could go higher or print 100% infill for a more sturdy print

  4. Layer height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm work fine

  5. Supports: The auto-generated ones from PrusaSlicer work just fine.

I tried printing it in a few orientations but printing it on it's side as a base with supports yielded best results in visual quality.
