This is a Scalable Hinge designed in Fusion360, i'm new to 3D Modeling and printing, i needed a hinge for one of my designs and lost a lot of time redrawing the Hinge to fit my needs. so i designed this simple scalable hinge, it took me more than 20 hours to get to this version.
Parameters:
- Length: length of the leafs
- Width: width of the leafs
- Height: (Height of the complete hinge (the pin diameter and barrel scales with height)
- Tol: Tolerance between basic movable parts
- TolPin: Tolerance between pin and barrel
- TolBarrel: Tolerance between barrel and Joint
- Angle: Angle of the right leaf (-90 to + 90)
- MaxBridge: set to desired bridge length. this must be lower than the maximum bridge you can print, (if you print at an angle, set this lower)

Smallest settings ive tried on BambuLab P1S With BambuLab PLA
height: 2.5mm (Works Flawlessly) Havent tried smaller
tol: 0.4 (0.3 is a little too tight)
tolpin 0.4
TolBarrel: 0.2 feels good enough.
max Bridge ive always kept as low as possible. long bridges are a weak point
