• Updated nearly all models:
  • Frames and back covers now support battery size of 103665 (similar to MakerFocus 3000mAh lipo pack)
  • Multiple thickness options for back covers

This is a case for the Heltec Wireless Tracker v1.0-1.1 boards, designed with the Meshtastic project in mind (https://meshtastic.org).

There are five models required for a complete case, as well as screws & nuts, and a SMA antenna pigtail cable (included with the Heltec board); refer to the parts list below.

Required hardware:

1. Four (4) M3x20mm socket head cap screws
2. Four (4) M3 nuts
3. Battery: 18650 cell (protected cells are highly recommended for safety!) or flat lithium polymer type.  Flat lithium ion battery compartment maximum dimensions: 70mm x 28mm x 16mm (LxWxH).

Optional hardware:

1. 3-pin on/off two-position panel mount slide switches for GPS and/or power: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XFXWLJP
2. Laser-cut acrylic window (see note below)

Minimum required model files:

1. Heltec-WT_front-<pattern>
   +OR+ Heltec-WT_front-noinsert-<pattern> (if not using a laser-cut acrylic window)
2. Heltec-WT_back-<pattern>
   +OR+ Heltec-WT_back-18650-<type>
3. Heltec-WT_frame-noheaders-noSwitch/Heltec-WT-frame-headers-GPSswitch/powerSwitch/powerSwitch-GPSswitch (if using board WITH presoldered header pins) 
4. Heltec-WT_frame-noheaders-noSwitch/GPSswitch/powerSwitch/powerSwitch-GPSswitch (if using board WITHOUT presoldered header pins)
5. Heltec-WT_button-<size> (requires two; medium size recommended)

I've also included the SVG file for an optional laser-cut acrylic window using 1mm or 1.5mm acrylic.  If you want one but don't have a laser cutter I sell them on my Etsy store.
