Rehab training handle

During rehab after breaking my neck i workout with these colorful rubber bands.

In some exercises the rubber band cuts into my hands so i made this handle for a nicer experience.

Just thread the band through the handle and fix the band according to your exercise.

Added a version 2 with a slot to insert a band withount ends.. I made it quick so theres sharp edges..

I used a brim to be sure it wouldnt get loose from the bed.
