E3D Volcano on Vertex K8400 Fan Duct

Based upon excellent work by Bo_Ris / Hardbats.

Just a remixed version of the revised Fan duct by Hardbats that allows centrifugal fan to be used for part cooling.

This is a slightly longer fan duct that allows the Volcano hot ends to be used, so the air flow is directed across the part and not against the heater block.

OK to print in PLA as fan assembly doesn't see much heat. PETG (or higher Tg material) is preferable.
