- spring (Ø ~ 5.5 mm and 17 mm height)
- a rod, e.g. aluminum or steel (Ø ~ 5 mm diameter, 25 mm length).
Place it on a wall with double-sided adhesive tape.

Drilling and deburring.
You should rework, so drill the holes in board and hook, according to the rod you do have, and probably deburr the edges with a file.
