It's a nice little machine, but the lever used for switching between setting the rough height and drilling immediatly anoyed me. It feels loose and does not work well for an application were you need to rotate more than 90 degrees. And then you need to use it all the time!
So I made this knob to replace it.
You need an M4x25 screw to fasten it.
I suggest you print the “testprint” first to see if the tolerances work out on your machine. Use the same print settings and orientation as you will use on the complete knob.
Attached are also the fusion360 and step files, if you want to change any measurements.
In Fusion360, enable the last step in the timeline to reduce the part to the testprint variant.
